We charge a flat rate as below on all orders.

We are currently partnering with DHL eCommerce for West Malaysia, and PosLaju for East Malaysia. Upon receive of your payment, we will proceed to ship your order within 2 business days upon products availability. A tracking number we will be automatically updated to you via email.

Return Policy
No worries if you don’t love us, we will still love you! We accept return within 30 calendar days upon shipping from us. Please contact us in our contact form, and we will make everything right. Full packaging along with products must be returned within 10 calendar days from the initiation of a return request. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of return package arrival at our returns processor. We will refund the the amount of products fully excluded shipping cost. Refund will be issue on any 1st time purchase product.
Purchase and return activities are monitored for unauthorized resale on any retail channels. We reserve the right to deny purchases or limit returns.

Does A La Carte ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don’t for now. We are a fresh start from Malaysia and we are still taking baby steps in this industry. However, feel free to drop us an email should you be interested in our products and we will try and see what we can do from there.
